Information for Noteholders
Recently, the bankruptcy trustees have received a number of requests to facilitate the transfer of notes by the issuance of a new notes. The bankruptcy trustees have considered these requests and have come to the conclusion that they will no longer facilitate such transfers.
If noteholders wish to sell their notes they can as an alternative assign their claims under the notes to any potential purchaser in accordance with the law that governs the assignment. On presentation of proof of the assignment the bankruptcy trustees will record any assigned claims on the list of preliminary acknowledged creditors.
At this moment there is no claims admission meeting planned yet, so there is no need to already file any assigned claims for admission. Creditors will be duly notified in advance (via this website) when a claims admission meeting will be held and by which date claims must be filed for admission.
